Day 12 of my “cool way” to boost my Immune System

Happy Thursday dear Yogi Friends!

Yes, another week has gone by and it’s Yoga Day again tonight! I am on day 12 of my “Cold Shower Challenge” and I am feeling great!

Every day after my lovely warm shower I turn the dial to cold and breathe through a few seconds of a cold water shower. I am able to feel a difference already: I am feeling clearer in my head, more alert, feeling uplifted, more resilient not just physically yet in spirit too, my system feels stronger …and I don’t feel the cold as much as I used to!

So worth it!

Those cold water moments on top of our amazing Yoga Practice is all we need to keep us strong, healthy and happy!

We are blossoming Yogis!

Can’t wait to see you on the Yoga mat to continue our wonderful journey together!
